Welcome to LTAV's new blog, written by LTAV Journalism students and edited by their teacher, Mrs. Joy Densford. Writing reflects the students' interests and current writing abilities (with only minimal editing from the teacher). In journalism, students learned about the 5W's/1H, the writing triangle, the necessity for accurate quotation (attribution), about slander and libel, and the First Amendment, among many other related topics. The students interviewed appropriate people for their articles, wrote rough drafts, revised, and turned in their work on Google Drive. LTAV's Journalism class hopes you enjoy this newsletter!
